I need to replace my channel balance in my Kinro window balance. I measured per your instructions & it measures 27". The stamp on the outside is 26 (space) 4 OR & sideways is B.S1. I need at least two but may need to order more. Most of the windows in our Marlette modular home are difficult to open & close. It is 1/2" & non-tilt.
The plastic cord spacer broker & the cord jammed & then the cord broke when we tried to free it.
