Will a Kinro window crank work with the Truth Pivot Shoe Roto Awning Operator 39-312?

I'm not sure, I've never seen that crank handle before. What's the diameter of the spline that would fit over the 39-312 stem? If it's 11/32", it should work fine. If it's not 11/32", it won't work.
