Kinro window sash balance replacement

Question

Single hung Kinro window with spring sash balance. My current part has 26 4 stamped on it and is 9/16 deep by 1/2 inch wide.The foot is 1 1/16 deep by 15/16 wide. The head refer to picture. I think this lines up with your 385 window block and tackle window sash. I need 20 and want to make sure this is the right one. Can you help? I can send more pictures if needed. Thank you

Thanks for posting. Please confirm that the metal channel, not including the end attachments, is 27" long. If so, then yes, this looks like an S385-27 Channel Balance. The depth of the nylon shoe should be 1-3/32". It certainly looks greater than 1" in your photo, but it's hard to tell, so just double check this yourself to be safe. Your stamp of 26 4 conforms to our stamp option of 2640, which is for a window sash that weighs between 19 through 26 lbs. Let us know if you have any further questions.
