Thanks for posting! Your patio door handle set can likely be replaced with either our 82-030 Sliding Patio Door Handle Set or our 82-089 Legacy Handle Set. The mortise lock you need is compatible with all of the recommended handle sets but it is sold separately. That said, I believe the 82-218 Mortise Lock is the one needed for your repairs. Be sure to confirm the dimensions to confirm.
