Kitched drawer hardware needed

Hello,
The picture shows the left version of a bracket that holds a rail that guides my kitchen drawer. It is attached to the back panel of the drawer. The right version is broken and I need to replace.

I would like to order a few pairs that match the original. If this is not possible, I would consider brackets that would do the job but may look slightly different.
