I'm afraid that I don't recognize this casement window operator. Would it be possible to see it removed from the window, and without the base cover/handle? Can you also confirm the length of the link arm? It looks to be about 6" long but it's hard to get a precise read from this photo. Thanks!

I think I might recognize this part. Your operator is an old style that we are unable to supply. However, take a look at the 39-221B operator (along with the related parts and videos). This isn't an exact match but it is our best option. If you're handy, you may be able to adapt this to work your window. See what you think.
