Kitchen Cabinet Drawer Rail Rear Mount

Need help finding a replacement for my kitchen cabinet, for the drawer rail, rear mount to the inside of the rear cabinet..

We don't have this exact kind of drawer socket, but one of ours may still work as a replacement. It will depend on a couple factors. First, can you tell me the size of the opening that accepts the track? That's the most important dimension and will basically decide whether or not we can help. Let me know!
