Kitchen Cabinet Hinge

Hello, pls help identifying my kitchen cabinet door hinge. Looks like speing inside is broken and the door is not self closing. Thanks.

Thanks for your post. Although we do not offer an exact replacement hinge, perhaps our 32-147 hinge kit could do the trick in replacing your original hinge. Look it over and see if this can be retrofitted to work on your cabinet door.
