Hey there. We don't carry this exact drawer socket, but see the 32-119. These are mounted to the back of the cabinet with screws, so you'd need to find a way to adapt them to your cabinet. For the tracks, take a look at either the 21-5/8" 32-061 or 23-5/8" 32-062. See if one of these pairs could fit your cabinet.
