Kitchen Pull Out shelf right and left plastic connector piece

A home owner from Fleetwood NC says:

The right and left plastic connector piece connects a 1/2 thermafoil front to a right and left metal pull out slide side hardware .

The 083328 shows the plastic piece when installed. The 082615 shows the bracket removed with the metal slide bracket detail given. The 84702 shows the the two pieces that make up the plastic connector.
