Kitchen Window balancers

A home owner from King of Prussia, PA says:
Kitchen window is not hold up and dropping down, hence not able to keep it open.

Like to buy required parts and get it fixed.

Hi there!

It looks like you might have our 15-180 coil balance shoe, which uses the Series 190 coil springs, but I can't be sure. You'll have to remove your pivot shoe from the window and compare our dimensions to yours to confirm this matches what you need.
