Kitchen cabinet door hinge replacement

Question

This hinge has the number 03030.6 on it. Looking for a replacement slow close hinge with 2 inch on center screw holes with 1/2 inch overlay.

Do you have something that will work?

I'm afraid I can't tell if you need the wrap around hinge like the 32-345 or if you hinge needs to be face mounted like the 32-343. Take a look at both of these and see if either one could work for you. I believe that as long as you replace them in pairs you should be okay.
