Does anyone know the part number for this support bracket?

Thanks for posting. See the 32-119 Drawer Socket. If the size of the gap that accepts the track is comparable, this could work for you. These sockets do have to be mounted with screws to the back of the cabinet, so see if you think this would be feasible.
