Kitchen cabinet hinge

Hello, I have been looking for a couple of these for quite some time. It has very few markings on it, Pat. 1067, I think, kind of hard to read the numbers. Below that is the word RAM, I think. On the center of the hinge it says A8. They are from some cabinets that I cannot find any names on them, but they are oak, from the late 80's early 9O's. If it helps I just ordered and installed a grass adapter repair kit (32-119)on the drawer slides. Thank you for your help, anything would be appreciated.
