Looking for kitchen cabinet hinges

The house was built in 1977

Cabinets have a 45 mitre on the edge

The only number on the old hinge is PAT 3613151

Please let me know if you carry this hinge

Thanks for your post. Have a look at our 32-101 and 32-127 hinges. See if any one of these will work. There is a possibility you may have to drill new installation holes.
