Kitchen cabinet hinges

The hinges have a design on them, presumably from the manufacturer, which hopefully shows up in the photo. Under that is "USA" and the number 23. Two screws secure the hinges to the doors and one screw goes into the cabinet. These hinges are 20+ years old so I don't know if you can find an exact replacement, but I may be able to work with something that's close to the original.
