We have a couple of hinges similar to this style. Start with our 32-340, which I think might be the most similar option we have. Look it over and let me know if you agree. It is not exactly the same, so you may have to redrill the installation holes, but it may also work as-is. You'll have to see how it fits first to know for sure. Let me know what you think.
