Kitchen cabinet slide hardware

Question

Cannot find this hardware anywhere.  Unique thing is that bottom slide bends at 90 degree angle to fit into rear plastic support.  House was built in 50.  I cant even find a picture online of this.  Bottom slide is 23 in long and top slide (connects to drawer) is 21 3/4 in.  The wheels on all of them are disintegrating.  I would like to replace all 7 sets in my kitchen if I can find the parts.

I'm afraid we don't have this type of track. I'm not sure they're even made anymore. We do have a straight track without a bend at the end, but it will require you to drill new holes for the matching socket. See our list of self-closing drawer slides here. You will also need a 32-018 drawer socket, sold separately.
