Kitchen drawer bracket

this is a picture of the back of the kitchen drawer. This plastic bracket is stapled and screwed on to the back outside of drawer. There is a wooden glide above the drawer that the bracket slides on. Do you have a bracket that would be a replacement for this? These cabinets are 45 years old.
