One of the nylon inserts broke into pieces, and the other pulled loose.
The hole is 3/4 inch.
So you have a replacement?

I'm sorry to say that we don't sell the nylon insert that you show here. My recommendation is to try to get in touch with the original manufacturer of the drawer to see if they can supply you with this exact piece.
