Kitchen drawer grass adapter?

Hello, I am in need of a replacement for my kitchen drawer backplate. It seems to be two pieces, though I'm not sure.

Back plate measures at 2.25", the drawer rolling track is 1.15". It reads Houck700L.

To help with our search, can you write out the size of the opening that accepts the track on your bracket?
