Item 0270 is at the right corner of the drawer I need one for left corner
The rails are 23 1/2 inches

Thanks for posting! There is a chance we may be able to supply you with a replacement solution for your existing hardware but I'll need a few more details to confirm. To start, may I see a photo of the existing rail and how it installs to drawer and the cabinet walls?
