Kitchen drawer replacement sliders

Without seeing your original hardware I cannot be certain what will work for your cabinet--however start by taking a look at our side mounted 32-061 21-5/8" Slide Tracks, as well as the 32-119 Rear Brackets. Take a look and let me know if you think this hardware could work for you. If not, we will need pictures of your existing tracks to verify a better match. 

Looks like you're between 20" and 21". In that case, it's going to come down to how much room you have in your cabinet--if it's not going to be able to accommodate the size of the 32-061, then you might be able to use the 32-060 instead, which is just 19-5/8" long. The drawer will not come out quite as far, but if the space is available it could work for you. Take a look and see what you think.
