I am having a hard time finding replacement with tip to insert into metal plate.

Your socket was discontinued so we don't have an exact match, unfortunately. Our recommendation would be the 32-119 but you'd have to remove the metal plate and then shim the socket out with something like a piece of wood. Note, it will be a project and you'll need to be a little handy.
