Kitchen locks

Our kitchen LH and RH locks look like these. Both have now had the "flanged" washers fall off, this being the flanged washer like that in fourth picture above in Dearborn Hts, Michigan's inquiry of Apr 10, 2023. Having the washer fall off is the only thing wrong with mechanism. How do we get it reattached in such a small slotted workspace? Can you help us?

We appreciate you reaching out to us. I don't believe this is repairable, unfortunately. It's very likely you need an all new lock. Can you remove yours from the window and upload some photos of it? That's the best way for us to help.
