There are no identifying numbers, letters, or logo markings on this latch. It's the only piece that locks the window, the latch locking part goes between the small space when the window is closed. The front of the latch (the small white piece) broke off leaving it jagged. I can still lock the window but who wants to get cut doing it in a rush (-:

Unfortunately, we do not carry any sash locks with hole spacing that large. I'm sorry that we can't offer a suitable replacement but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
