Kitchen window operator replacement

Hello, I need to replace the operator for our kitchen window. Some of the gears no longer move when we move the crank. On the crank it says, "Entry Gard Truth" and on the back side 40753. On the smaller part with the hinge it says 31538A. I have attached pictures of the operator. Could you please help me find the right replacement part? Thanks!
