Hello, I have three double hung Windows size KK3228, side by side as pictured. I need replacement balances (4), and the plastic guide or seal for the side that the balance sets in (4) or two sets of each. I will include pictures of the balance, window set and side guides. Hopefully luck will be with me and you can help. Thanks for your time.

Hey, Dan. I would start by looking at our Series 751 channel balance. Compare this to your existing hardware to confirm if it can be used as a replacement.

Thank You Tom, the Series 751 looks like an exact replacement. Now for the side channel or plastic seal that the balance sets in. Can you help me with that?

It sounds like you're describing the jamb liner. Unfortunately, we don't sell those. I apologize for the inconvenience.
