Hello!

Your pivot shoe is a match for our 15-175 which uses the Series 152 coil springs. As for the pivot bar, take a look at our 26-369 and 26-412. Compare our dimensions to an undamaged pivot bar to see if one of these matches up for what you need.

As for the sash lock, we'll need to see pictures of it along with the written out installation hole center spacing.

A handy person from New Milford, Connecticut says:
Can you identify these s all please?

Do you do a complete replacement package for the coils?

Do the pivots fit regardless of the other components?

Are the tilt window latches available as a complete kit?

Is there a Sash replacement?

Sure, the pivot shoe in these new pictures looks like a prototype of our 15-087, which uses the Series 180 coil springs. If you need a new coil housing, see our 15-086. Look over the specifications for these parts and see what you think.

As for the latch, I'm afraid we don't have an exact match. Depending on the space you have, I wonder if you'd be better off substituting with a surface mount tilt latch, like our 26-228 and 26-229 or any of the others you think may work from our section here. The video below will explain how to do so.

We do not offer a complete kit or package for the coil springs or window latches, I'm afraid. If you need a new sash, you would need to contact the original manufacturer directly.
