I'm afraid I haven't been able to find a match for this locking lever. Your operator is from Truth hardware, but that lock doesn't appear to be made by them. Going by your operator you may be able to consider our 38-208, however the "fork" is more oval shaped were yours is shaped more like our 38-209. That doesn't match up in any other respect, though. Can you check to see if there is a manufacturer name stamped on the locking hardware?

I'm afraid those numbers don't tell us what you have. If there is no brand name printed on the hardware itself, I cannot confirm if the hardware I recommended will work.
