Kolbe Exterior Swing Door Weather Stripping

Question

Hello,
I have two Kobe and Kobe exterior doors in swing one outswing that have the same weatherstripping on the side and top. The kerf is fairly dubstantiakl and the weatherstripping is 90? to the kerf around the exterior of the door.

I have attached a picture of the weatherstripping. Looking for a replacement for both doors.
