Kolbe Viewpoint Door Hardware

I'm looking for a keyed cylinder for the outside door pull. Please let me know what one works.

The outside pull was made by Sash Controls Inc and the part number is 1963.

The inside handle and trim has part number 1060-1943.

The mounting holes appear to be 3-15/16.

Am I better off to buy 82-306 keyed exterior sliding door pull, or would one of your keyed cylinders work well? Thank you

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our 82-306 should work, yes. However, please note that it has a centered key cylinder. Your next step should be to remove the existing outside handle to verify that the mortise slot it will interact with is also centered.

Another option is the 82-310 key lock. This should also work on your existing handle but you'll have to do the same check and punch out the hole. Just something to keep in mind if that's easier for you.

Either will work, it just comes down to personal preference.

I haven't been successful installing the keyed cylinder. Now the inside thumb latch is not engaging properly. Do you have a complete replacement mortise lock hardware set with external and internal handles for my sliding door? Thank you.

Pictures and measurement notes are in my September 12th inquiry regarding Kohle Viewpoint door hardware

Sure, I recommend the 82-030A keyed handle set if your old handle's thumb lever is centered. We also sell the 82-226 mortise lock which resembles what you show here. Take a look and see what you think.
