Have a window crank I need to replace. On the long arm it says Entry Gard Truth, on the lottle are It is 20810A.

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but unfortunately, the manufacturer name and numbers do not tell us which of our parts you need. If you could show us the operator with the window open so that the base and arms that move the sash are fully visible, that would help us narrow down your options. Thank you!
