Kolbe casement window crank

Question

I need replacement parts per the attached photos.  The window crank mechanisms work fine, but I need replacement handles.  Please advise - - - thank you!

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. That code, 45054, is sometimes associated with our 39-114L. But you need to check the hole diameter to ensure that it's the same size at 11/32". If it is, then the 39-114L should work fine for you.
