This is a right hand Kolbe casement I need a full set of hardware including operator the number on both top and bottom is14D712S 70degree opener

Looks like you need a new hinge. I recommend the 36-048. I think this can work for you as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below goes into more detail.
