Kolbe window parts - the side pivots

Question

Hi

I have Kolbe Sterling Double Hung Windows from 2010 and need some spare parts - the hinge that allows the bottom window to slide up and down and pivot inside for cleaning. Attached are the photos.

Would you be able to identify and supply?

Hello,

Unfortunately, your pivot bar is no longer made. We suggest the 26-402 as a replacement but you will need to drill a new installation hole since they don't match the old pivot bar. Take a look and see what you think.
