Kolbe and Kolbe Window balance

Question

Hello I'm looking for a pair of window balances for a double hung from Kolbe Kolbe. They are tilt in windows. The balances are beige in color and have 28-HD stamped on them. There looks to be a small black and silver piece which I think might be the brake?

Could this be our S751-29 channel balance? I'm not sure. Carefully look it over and let me know if it's a match. If not, I will need to see pictures of your existing balance so that we can find something better.
