"L" Handle, and Left and right Tilt latches

A handy person from Madison Heights, MI says:
My rental house has some old vinyl windows that has sever sun damage.
The vinyl is so brittle that the handles and tilt latches have crumbled and broke
when opening the windows.

I would like to get new
tilt latches
and
"L" shaped handles.

Do you have these and do you know the brand of these windows.

Thanks

John

Hello,

Take a look at the 20-015 lift, which is typically meant for wood windows but it may still work on vinyl. See the dimensions below to confirm if they match your original part. Keep in mind that drilling new installation holes may be necessary.

As for your tilt latches, we'll need you to write out the exact distance between the installation hole centers and the backset to narrow down your options. You could start by reviewing the specifications of the 26-337 and 26-344 in the meantime, which look close in terms of design. Thank you.
