That number is sometimes associated with our 39-031 and 39-032 operators. Look over our photos and dimensions and let me know what you think.

I need a Left hand operator crank and cover. The one on the window has a L on so I'm guessing it's a left hand. There's a number on the part that says Truth entry guard Truth 31538A I will also need a handle and cover in white.If you could please help me i am on social security, and cannot afford a new window

Thanks for reaching out to us. Looks like you have the same 31538A stamp as posted by the person who originally made this thread. Have you looked at the 39-031 and 39-032 operators I suggested above? If not, I highly recommend that you do so now. If they differ in any way, let me know how and we can work from there.

For the handle and cover, see our 39-114L and 39-107, respectively.
