THE LEVERS ARE BROKEN AND I THINK YOUR 39-069 IS THE REPLACEMENT, BUT CAN I REPLACE THE LEVER TYPE WITH A CRANK TYPE.

I believe you could use an operator like our 39-083. However I have the 39-069 lever operators at home in my windows. They not only operate the window, but they also act as the lock. No crank type operator can serve this function. Keep this in mind if you do plan to install the 39-083 operator.
