LH multipoint sash lock

A home owner from Minnesota says:
I am going to order product code #38-091. On the old part there was black piping on the inside of the main housing, a type of a seal? Does that come with the part? If not what do I use?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Hey, Larry. The 38-091 doesn't come with any kind of piping. I'm not sure what that could be. Can you show me a few pictures? That may help.
A home owner from Minnesota says:
Tom, the "piping" is a round gasket that fits in a grove on the back of the main body of the lock. It's like screen piping for window screens, only much smaller in diamitor. Does that help?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
That could be anything really. Is there any way we can get pictures?
