Mine measures 2 5/8L by a little over 5/8W. I don't see a P/N but it has a Pat #

Thanks for posting. See the 26-243A and 26-244A Tilt Latches. These are commonly seen and look like yours, but review the photos on their shop pages to see if they match what you require.
