Thanks for posting. Your pivot bar was made by Allen Stevens, and unfortunately they are no longer in business and this exact pivot bar is no longer made. Past customers have reported that the 26-355 Pivot Bracket could work as a substitute. I can't promise this will work in your case, but take a look at its dimensions below and let me know if you think this could work for you.
