It appears that you are need of a new hinge. Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 36-048 2-bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track. Compare to your original to confirm a good fit! Note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time.

Good Morning. We measured the track on the window, and it is 7.5 inches.

Hello! Lauren isn't here today but I'll do my best to assist.

Just to clarify, are you measuring the track on the window sill, or the swing arm on the sash? The 36-048 also has a swing arm that's roughly the same size as yours. What we're interested in is the base track that screws directly to the window sill (or the header, in the case of the top assembly).

I just wanted to be 100% sure because we don't have anything quite that small, and I'm not sure I've ever seen one in this design that's as small as that. Note that your photo above isn't showing the base track, it's only showing the swing arm.
