We'd be happy to help but we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Once we can identify the operator, we can determine which handles are compatible with your assembly.

Unfortunately, the handle is broke and the window will not open.

Is there an identical window in the house? If there is, we can use that as a reference. If not, can you write out the diameter of the handle's hole?

Thanks for getting back to me! I believe this old GU operator may have a spline size of 11/32". If that's the case, take a look at the 39-114L handle.
