I WOULD LIKE TO BUY THE LOWER SASH FACE GUIDES THAT INSERT IN THE FOUR (4) CONERS OF THE LOWER SASH AND RIDES ALONG THE INSIDE OF THE JAMB CHANNEL OF A SINGLE HUNG ALUMINUM WINDOW. THESE WINDOWS USE A 3/8 CHANNEL BALANCE ROD 24" LONG.
I HAVE INCLUDED A PICTURE OF THE ITEM AND ROUGH MEASUREMENTS.

I WILL ORDER THE ITEMS NECESSARY FOR REBUILDING THESE WINDOWS AS SOON AS I CAN IDENTIFY AND PROCURE THESE PARTS.
