These windows were put in my condo built 1998 in Ohio. They are wood inside they crankout. Just glass nothing like blinds inside. The glass measures 23 in wide by 55 tall.
I do have a pix of the weather stripping hanging out. it is a brown plastic

I see you mentioned needing replacement weatherstripping. We certainly would be happy to offer our input. You will need to remove a piece and send us photos from an end profile. Please also include measurements and dimensions to narrow down the possible options.
