I'm afraid I'm not able to identify what you have based on this information. I'll need a picture of the balance itself out of the window; specifically, I'll need to see its top end, bottom end, and the clip or shoe at the end of the cord.
A handy person from aurora ohio says:
I removed the balancer and temporarily rethreaded. The window is a tilt window. The balancer measured 31" long. It appears to be S751. I assume since the number on the balancer reads 28HDB I should select option HD? But HD is out of stock. Will option R or TG work? The window is only 2ft wide by 5' high. WHat does the 30 mean, is that a problem if my number reads "28"? thx Dave

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Ah, I see. If your stamp is 28HD, I would recommend double checking the length of the metal channel. It should be 29" long, not 31". I would also not recommend going with the "TG" or "R" stamps if yours reads "HD." The stamps indicate a very specific spring strength range, and it's important that you choose only the stamp that best works with the weight of your sash.
