I find no mfg name or part numbers. Window system consist of 4 sliding panels with vinyl panel windows. Looking to replace all worn out parts, can you help identify.

We don't sell a replacement for the hardware shown in your photos, unfortunately. Your best bet may be to contact a local mom-and-pop type hardware shop that's familiar with windows in your area. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
