Your mortise lock resembles the 82-218. This part is generally used on modern vinyl doors but it could still work as long as the dimensions below match up to yours.

As for your handle set, we do not carry a replacement with 5" hole spacing but I'm going to have one of our senior experts take a look to see if they could recommend a replacement. We'll reach out as soon as more information is available. Thank you!

As Casey mentioned, unforutnately, we do not carry a replacement for your handle set with the same 5" hole spacing. We do offer the 82-030, which is commonly used with the 82-218, but it has 3-15/16" installation holes. This could work for you but it would require making new holes in the door while being careful not to hit the glass in the door. We've also related a few other options on this page depending on the style you'd prefer. Take a look at see if you might be able to adapt one of our handle sets to work for your repair. 

If the spring came from the mortise lock and the handle is still working okay, you should be able to replace the mortise lock and reuse the original handle set. If you decide to give it a try and run into any issues, our return policy can be found here.
